How to apply for a prepaid credit card

If you want a prepaid credit card there are a few ways to do it: Apply and pay now by card or mobile phone.
You should then get your personalised prepaid credit card within 5-10 days (it’s generally 5 days, but they need to say the extra just to be on the safe side). Click on any of the prepaid cards below and you will be able to see how to apply for any of the cards online. Or visit our Card Chooser.
Get on your feet and go outside! Bit of an odd thing to say for a website, but basically you can get one immediately if you go to one of the retail shops that provide them, such as MoneyShop (for the Titanium cashplus prepaid MasterCard), or one of the PayPoint providers (where you can get an IDT Prime card).
Apply online now and pay later, at a Post Office or retail outlet
It’ll take a bit longer to get your prepaid credit card as until you pay, you generally won’t be sent a card. But, once you do pay it should take about 5-10 days to get it. Again, click on any of the prepaid cards below or go to our Card Chooser to get started.
